Open Cupboard Food Pantry, Inc., is a private nonprofit 501(c)(3) agency . We believe our community has a responsibility to address the food needs of those who cannot afford to feed themselves and their families. Although less visible than in urban areas, the need in Hunterdon County is significant.

Staffed entirely by volunteers, Open Cupboard Food Pantry in Clinton, New Jersey, is funded by donations of food and money, and by proceeds of our in-house Thrift Shop, which accepts and sells donated clothing and household items. How to Contribute


Open Cupboard Food Pantry welcomes donations of food, personal care items and household necessities, including paper products and pet food.

The Pantry

The Pantry is open to receive your food donations Tuesday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., and Tuesday and Friday from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. For more information, call 908-730-7320.


Open Cupboard Food Pantry is open, by appointment only, Tuesday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to noon, and Tuesday and Friday from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. 

The Thrift Shop is open Tuesday through Saturday, 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., and Tuesday and Friday, 4:30 to 7 p.m.
