Serving hungry residents of northern Hunterdon County and southern Warren County.
Open Cupboard Food Pantry, Inc., is a private nonprofit 501(c)(3) agency . We believe our community has a responsibility to address the food needs of those who cannot afford to feed themselves and their families. Although less visible than in urban areas, the need in Hunterdon and Warren County is significant.
Staffed entirely by volunteers, Open Cupboard Food Pantry in Clinton, New Jersey, and The Washington Basket, in Washington, NJ are funded by donations of food and money, and by proceeds of our in-house Thrift Shop in Clinton, which accepts and sells donated clothing and household items. Thrift Shop Donations
Open Cupboard Food Pantry & Thrift Shop in
Clinton welcomes donations of food, personal care items, household necessities, kitchen items, clothing, and more to our Donation Hub in Gray Rock Plaza in Clinton.
Donation hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 9:30am to 12:30pm. For more information, call 908-730-7320.
The Pantries
Our new pantry location is NOW OPEN at Gray Rock Plaza – 1802 Route 31 North, Clinton, NJ 08809. Food donations are again being accepted during all pantry hours at the rear of the building.
The Pantry in Washington is open Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday 9am to 12pm, and Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings 4pm to 7pm. For more information, call 908-730-7320.
